La evaluación de pacientes en mi consulta de cirugía plástica me ha enseñado que una de las primeras quejas que tienen los pacientes como signo de envejecimiento en el cuello son las bandas que se forman por el músculo platisma. Para esto existen varias alternativas de tratamiento, entre otras contamos con la aplicación de toxina botulínica de forma seriada en el consultorio, o la cirugía también conocida como cervicoplastia.

Neck bands?
The evaluation of patients in my plastic surgery practice has taught me that one of the first complaints that patients have as a sign of aging in the neck are the bands formed by the platysma muscle. For this there are several treatment alternatives, among others we have serial botulinum toxin applied in the office, or surgery also known as cervicoplasty.
