• Utiliza agua y jabón y realiza el lavado por lo menos 20 segundos. 
• Si utilizas alcohol glicerinado, esparcelo bien entre tus dedos y manos, espera a que se seque completamente. 
• Realiza higiene de manos cada vez que creas estén contaminadas y estés en contacto con otras personas u objetos que no sean parte de tu entorno.
