• Lavarme la mano al menos 20 segundos y frecuentemente. 
• Llamar a un amigo que no contacto hace rato. 
• Agradecer por estar libre de infección por el Covid-19, a pesar de lo duro que han sido estos días y todas las acciones que implementamos nadie en mi familia se ha contagiado con este virus.

My actions for this day in social isolation.

• Stay at home. To prevent the spread of Covid-19.
• Work from home, if it is possible.
• Wash my hand at least 20 seconds and frequently.
• Call a friend I haven’t contacted in a while.
• Say thank you for being free of infection by Covid-19, despite how hard these days have been and all the actions that we have implemented, nobody in my family has been infected with this virus.
